Prices are per week and include final cleaning.
Children
Children are welcome. Children up to 1.99 years old stay free.
Animals
Animals of any species or size are not allowed.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €1.00 per person per day (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site (pursuant to LG regulation No. 9 of 16.05.2012).
Short vacation
The minimum stay is three days. For shorter stays, please contact the property and a 30% surcharge applies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Up to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
Less than 8 days from the arrival date: 70% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
If no cancellation is notified within the timeframes indicated above, the guest will still be required to pay 70% of the total cost of the stay.
If, in the event of a late arrival or early departure, no written notification is sent by email, the guest will still be required to pay 70% of the agreed price for the days not booked.
Deposit
To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer to the following account:

Due to closure and lockdown, the deposit will be credited 100% for a new holiday.
